Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Temraw, where we proudly offer premium-quality dates and honey 

directly from our Arizona farm. 

Please review our return and refund terms below. 

  1. Returns 

Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as dates and honey), we generally do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

To qualify for a replacement or refund: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. 
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  1. Refunds 

Once your claim is verified, we will issue: 

  • A replacement shipment, or 
  • A refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

  1. Exchanges 

We currently do not offer product exchanges due to food safety standards. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge. 

  1. Order Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. 

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
